A very rare barn, indeed. The craftsmen who built it salvaged and utilized the largest timbers of a Dutch barn to construct this more modest carriage house. The result is some of the largest timbers we have ever found in a barn of its size. A true awe-inspiring example of the effective use and reuse of material in days gone by.
